The VERVE single pull up bar is a basic of any rig or rack. This bar is 1080mm (or roughly 4') long but also comes in 1800mm (roughly 6') and 1510mm (roughly 5') variants. This bar is perfect for any pull up or hanging body weight exercise with no obstructions above the bar allowing for 360 degree movement.
