The VERVE Cryos Ice Bath offers seamless WiFi remote control via an app, allowing you to adjust temperatures, activate ozone sanitation, and schedule sessions effortlessly. Equipped with a powerful 1HP chiller, it cools water quickly to a crisp 3°C and maintains consistent temperatures with a high-flow circulation system. The chiller also features an ozone sterilization system and a 50-micron filter for pristine water clarity.
Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the 650L stainless steel tub is built with thermally enhanced Nordic timber for durability and efficiency. The system doubles as a hot tub, heating up to 40°C for relaxation. With easy plug-and-play installation, enjoy the ultimate cold plunge experience wherever you choose.
How cold should you set it and how long should you stay in for?
The answer to this varies depending on the individual person. Dr. Andrew Huberman recommends setting the temperature to between 7° and 15° degrees celsius (45°F - 60°F) in sessions of 1-5 minutes.
What Maintenance is Required?
All you need is some routine cleaning of the water filter. 2 x spare water filters are included with our new ice bath and replacement filters are available from VERVE.
