The VERVE Commercial Bench Press is a dedicated bench press station with built-in adjustable safety bars so that even solo exercisers can train to failure in safety. The Westside bench also features a customisation bench height, adjustable in increments of 25mm to fit any federations bench height requirements.

The VERVE Commercial Bench Press is designed for serious bench pressers. Every important part is adjustable so that the lifter can achieve the perfect position for best results. Unlike most standard weight bench press stations, this bench also allows the user to perform several specialist bench pressing assistance exercises including:

• Pin presses – bench presses from a dead stop to increase power and starting strength
• Bench presses against bands – to increase lockout strength
• Isometrics – to specifically target sticking points

This allows for much more precise positioning of the J-hooks for the perfect lift-off position.
