VERVE Aluminium Technique Barbell - 6' - 7kg
The VERVE® Technique Barbell is a barbell specially designed to aid a lifter in refining and developing their technique by being as structurally similar to a full size barbell at a fraction of the weight - 7kg. The technique Barbell has the exact same shaft, knurl, knurl marks and finish as the MAVRIK 20kg Barbell but with shorter sleeves and 12kg LESS WEIGHT.

Intermediate and Experienced lifters will also find great purpose within the technique bar for recovery and rehabilitation of injuries.
